GRRRR

I have to stop yelling so much. I yell when I am angry. Then, yelling makes me angry. Do you feel my vicious cycle? sigh

    OMG...I JUST did that this afternoon, on the way home from church no less, then had to go shopping because I felt stupid! I HATE when that happens and I swear that I'm not going to do it again, THEN I do it, AGAIN!
