Oh YAH!!

Okay, third class down. I got another A. I was actually scared about this one. This was the first class where My team and I had to write a 15 page paper. Yikes. That still sounds like a lot. Off to do homework.

The inappropriate television geared for tweenagers. Commercials and television shows. I can't even begin with the scary stuff we pulled up in our research. Things like kids watch an average of 27 hours of tv a week. 0-1 yo watch an average of 1 hour/day! What? What does that even mean! My fav. was a survey done with four year old boys. They were asked to choose between their game center (game boy, sega, whatever) and time with their dads. I am sure there were varying reasons, but most of them chose time with their game. I am so glad my son is game retarded. And when he does play, it is with my husband. Okay, well, we play the Wheel together :) He likes to spin.

27 hours a week?!?! Yikes! That's more than a day just sitting on your rear having your brain cells killed!!!!

Hey there, stranger. Seriously, you don't want to know the scary stuff we came up with. Let's just say, lingerie Barbie will never be coming into this house!

Even scarier, I just read an article in Self magazine that claimed that the average woman watches THIRTY-FIVE hours of TV per week!!! Ay Caramba! That's almost as many hours as I'm scheduled to work per week.
